MineTech Gadgets currently ships products only within India.
Order Confirmation
Before dispatching any order, our team may contact customers via phone call or message to confirm the order.
Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled automatically.
Orders confirmed through phone call or message are considered final and cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability and supplier fulfillment timelines.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 4–10 business days after dispatch depending on the customer's location and courier availability.
Delivery timelines may vary due to:

• courier partner delays
• public holidays
• weather conditions
• unexpected logistical issues
MineTech Gadgets is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or events beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
In some cases, promotional free shipping may be offered.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, confirmation via phone call or message is mandatory before dispatch.
If a customer refuses delivery after shipment, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund (if applicable).
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future order restrictions.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Delivery Coverage
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost Shipments
If an order is confirmed as lost during transit by the courier partner, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
